Jacinda Arden: A Woman with Ambition, Power, Empathy, andLegacy

According to npr.org, Jacinda Arden will leave her seat as the Prime Minister of New
Zealand by February 2023. Many are shocked by this news. There are a lot of things
that make her special among the other politicians.

She became the world youngest female head of government at age 37 in 2017. She
spoke about the importance of democracy and kindness, took an action by promoting
unity and compassion after the Christchurch mosque terror in 2019, took an action on
climate change, and made many other movements with compassion, empathy, and
love more than just only using power.

Jacinda Arden is one of the so many great women out there who can prove that
women are able to handle. Moreover, with a wider capacity to feel, it
makes us can lead better. In leading something, she was able to balance the logic of
leadership and the use of her feeling.

In her speech on Thursday, she said, "I\'m leaving, because with such a privileged role
comes responsibility... The responsibility to know when you are the right person to
lead and also when you are not.

What an amazing woman! She really knows why she starts and when she has to stop.
She did not force herself to do things out of her capability at a time.
